North Central Community Action Agencies, Inc.

The city of Michigan City selected this site to give NCCAA $173,000 of ARRA Community Development Block Grant dollars the city received to renovate the center. The center serves as the NCCAA Weatherization Office and the Community/Training Center.

The center is named after Emmet D. Wise who brought the Community Action Program funding back in 1966.
